For those who were not there in the "Ermergerd you sent a legate at us" event. At some point in time there were 6 or 7 enemy snubs against 2 of the snubs on our side. Sure, we didn't like the Legate in Kusari space, but with those kind of odds we sure as hell weren't going to tell it to buzz off. Get all the facts straight before you go accusing us of gank in that situation. When the odds became more normal we did tell it to leave, but it's a cap 8 legate. We couldn't get it to move even if we wanted to in our fighters. It left after we finally slaughtered or forced most of the enemy to run.

I have no idea about what legate you are talking about. But, on each time I faced KSP on my ]bd[ character I was either ganked or a gunboat was sent against me. As for the ganking each time I simply stalled time until reinforcements would come to bail me out (aka someone to suicide in my place) and as for the gunboats, snubs are simply faster than them so it's ain't really a problem.

Anyway, as I said, gank if you wish, but eventually you will start to be ganked as well (if you are not already).
