I support Order Primary Fleet's restrictions of capital ships.

Many like to throw the "faction power abuse" card on the table. The way I see it, if there was enough Admins to go around, they would be controlling the sale of capital ships for all factions. And very few people would complain because the firepower of a Battleship in the Freelancer universe is not something that should belong to every Joe Shmoe who happens to have the dough.

Giving a long standing group of players like the Order| the ability to control Battleship production is the way to go. There are "higher ups" in the faction that are experienced, know a good deal about proper roleplay, and are no less "fair" than the server Admins.
