Colonial Remnant Pilot Application

All new [CR] pilots, civilian and military must complete the form below. This is mainly for icebreaking reasons, character development and indoctrination.

I reserve the right to decline any application and specify limits for a member's ship types. All new recruits from today forward must complete this form.

Please copy the following into a reply and complete the fields:

1) Forum ID

2) Viper pilot name and callsign

3) Transport pilot name and ship name

4) xfire ID (optional)

5) MSN messenger ID (optional)

6) Recruiter's forum ID or pilot name

7) Names of all other server characters

8) Names of all other factions any of your characters are members of

9) Have you read the server rules? Any questions?

10) Have you read the [CR] faction status post Any questions?

11) Comments: if you desire a particular position or ship type within [CR] state it here along with your qualifications (if any.)

*Character naming: Once approved you must come up with the name your Colonial parents gave you, a ship name if you fly a transport and a callsign if you fly a viper. Grego/roman inspired names are best, but more conventional names/callsigns are appropriate as well. Please no "LEETSNYPR" type stuff thanks :P Naming your ship follows the same idea and I fully encourage you to delve into the BSG universe to get inspiration for it.
