OOC Remmember that smugglers are only regulated in Bretonia and Tau-31. We have no authority or permission to interdict anything outside those zones. I'm guessing you just 'liberated' those from an NPC?

If possible, keep engagements out of Theta unless CR has civilian operations in the area. You can draw the Cylons into the sigmas possibly. I don't want nuetral traders drawn into the fight unecessarily and Theta is a major route. Engaging in the Sigmas will also make it more difficult for them to run and repair at corfu.

I would like a level of courtesy to be extended to nuetrals when we scan them. Pleases and Thank yous are in order, even if you find contraband on them, thank them for dropping the load. You may get less polite only if they refuse to drop of course-give them one warning and then pursue and destroy until out of Bretonia and Tau-31. As we are not a policing force I would like our regulation and interdiction to have a small footprint.

PLEASE NOTICE OUR DIPLOMATIC STANDINGS WITH ELF and Helghast, we are now 'unfriendly' with them which basically means no more shooting on sight-they should be doing the same. We are to monitor them closely when they enter Bretonia and Tau-31. Report any agression by either faction here.
