I think it is time for another try of more diplomacy between HAF, OPG and the Corsairs.
Our enemy factions are growing, i see more Bounty 'Hunters and Outcasts + their allies.
I agree, often there are too many Corsairs at Crete at once, more ''bases'' is a good solution.
