Suffice to say measures are being taken in 85 to ensure that persons who enjoy speaking highly of the legitimacy of running their silly trains laden with illegal goods through one of the most secure systems in the Sirius sector are going to be put to paid.

I imagine that we'll be hearing a lot of crying from people who're shocked and outraged that attempting the feat actually involves an element of risk.

The kind of risk that results in people's ship being torn asunder six times over before they can hit the respawn button.

One of the reasons you wont hear crying is that the trade routes are going to be balanced, meaning a Corsair artifact smugglers only choice in trying to ply his trade wont be a 7 min trip vs a 30 min trip for the same route and profit, or a minuscule profit to Hawaii or New Tokyo. If you are not taking your Artifacts to Liberty, the most you can make on artifacts is about 600 per unit. We want rp routes, and if given the chance to take artifacts to places other than Liberty and make a profit commensurate with the risk involved in smuggling, I would hope the majority of players would use it.

I can think of 9 different smuggling runs off of the top of my head that don't involve Alaska at all and pay great. That's without really sitting down and thinking about it.

What about Corsair smugglers Dusty, people who can't dock on Arrnamore or Ainu, or Malta, or Cape Wrath? That don't involve smuggling Cardimine at some point? That are in RP for a Corsair? Could you list them so people can take a look and have more options?
