Cannot connect

Norton is the best one I've found, if FL+Vista+Norton=Fail...then I guess I'm not playing Discovery. I'll keep searching for a worthwile fix to allow me to connect to the server.

Please tell me you are kidding. Norton is the absolutely worst anti-virus software that I have encountered, far worse is its all encompassing suite of applications.

There are far more capable and less invasive applications that cause fewer conflicts with other applications. I would suggest you investigate ESET Nod32 and Panda if at all possible. Both applications work more than capably and are tested and compliant with FL under Vista.
