Hmmm , i had avast on this comp , and the guide i saw showed a link to a programme that completelly wiped the comp from the antivirus. Maybe theres a similar programme to your antivirus ?
I thought it was windows firewall at first , but it wasnt after all, so from my personal expirience u might wanna solve the antivirus bit completelly first.
