Emperor Jien Kogen of Kusari

After much discussion among the Kusari lawful faction leaders, Kusari Corporate leaders, and the leadership of the Hogosha and Farmer's Alliance, we have decided the time was appropriate to create a role play character for the Emperor of Kusari. Emperor Jien Kogen is not the new Emperor, he has been for quite some time.

Decisions made by the Emperor are not his own, but instead made by the leadership of Kusari, the Emperor character is merely a figurehead for the leadership that is already in place.

It is an honor to be allowed to role play this character, and I must say, I am very excited and have put much thought into the role play implications and potential.
