Now as for the Faction IFF's and ID's I asked this already. Kuraine said it was fine for now. This Document is -Still- in the works, when .85 rolls around the Faction IFF's and ID's will be Kempeitai.

I'm still trying to figure out how I want to do this faction. The more things I try out in-game the more changes can be made here. I doubt the Rules of the White Dragons are going to be the same in the next day or so, those rules are new as far as I'm concerned.
Also, an Alien Threat is a Threat to -All- of Humanity. Not just the current House the threat is taking place in. Cowering in a corner and watching the Alien threat destroy a House, knowing yours is next, is what your making the Kusari Government like. When in reality the Kusarian Government would help protect and take care of the Alien Threat.
As far as the "Kusari is not Liberty" comment goes. Your right, Kusari isn't Liberty, Kusari is Kusari, the White Dragons Are Like LSF and The Order.
This goes hand in hand with the CIA and SIS. Both are Intelligent Agencies, both are dedicated to protecting their countries interests from outside threats. The CIA is the American Intelligence and the SIS is the British Intelligence, I'm pretty sure if the CIA has a mission target in the UK they would contact the SIS and ask them to help take the target down.
That would be the equivalent of the WD getting reports of an Alien threat in Colorado, We call up LSF, ask if they need help, if they respond back saying "Yes, that'd be great" then we go. If they respond back saying "Nah we have the situation covered." Then we stay. If they don't respond. We still deploy, however, When we get to the border worlds, say near Colorado gate, we call the LSF up again and ask if the need Help once more. If they respond "Yes" or "No" then we either move in, or fall back.
When you said Kusari has no love for "Outsiders", that is wrong. If they had no love for outsiders you wouldn't see many Liberty and Rheinland transports running about in Kusari space, IC wouldn't have a station in New Tokyo. Just like everyone's economy, Kusari is dependent on outside Commerce. What they hate is Foreign Private Militaries (Bounty Hunters/Mercs) coming in and dealing with Kusari's pirate problems. What they hate is Foreign companies coming in and pushing their companies out of business. They don't hate Gaijin Traders, or Gaijin Civilians, they hate them coming in and setting up Businesses within Kusari Space. (IE. Kruger Mining coming in and setting up a mining station in Kusari.)
Just so you know, coming in and telling everyone how it's going to be is not going to make you many freinds in Kusar. You need to structure the faction to fit in with what is already going on. We would absolutly never be helping the libertonians against anyone. The Libertonians are close allies with the Bretonians, who if you hadnt noticed we are at war with. Please instead of trying to tell us how it's going to play out, consult with the leaders in Kusari and come up with something that fits into the already established rp.
