Greeting to "Heads of Liberty". This is the CEO of Capital Space Insurance requesting permission for our mercenary escort ships to be allowed in Liberty. Our ships are there to provide escorts for traders in Liberty and all other sectors. The following is information on our "escort division" of Capital Space Insurance.
