As I outlined in my most recent post, I've seen it from both sides. Ever had an IDed/tagged Starblazer shot down without a single word? I have, back before it was sanctionable to attack without warning - and I couldn't see the guy anyway because he attacked from behind, so I didn't know who it was.
As for the Outcast dreadnoughts/battleships/destroyers being idiots in NY... I'd appreciate if you forward that to me, as well. I can't guarantee a Scimitar Death Squad, as fun as that'd be, but I've got a few ideas. They're not just screwing with the Rogues' operations, after all.
