My fellow CR representatives,

I have just been in contact with a CR representative codename Crossbow while visiting Yanagi base. I understand I have been misinformed while contacting IMG diplomatic department with my trouble, and should forward this same request to you. As I understand IMG and =CR= have split politically, I cannot expect a single proposal to concern both parties. Forgive me for correcting myself this way, I have lived in the false belief CR and IMG are a single entity.

As of now, the situation has grown more dire, and less than hour ago three Keepers invaded Sigma-13 on a rampage of death and horror. I feel it is of extreme urgency that I am provided the vessel requested here, and as IMG has failed to respond me for seven hours, I can only deduct they cannot fully value the great opportunity presented to them. I require a most urgent answer, and it feels only natural, that if you approve, I will immediately make the necessary efforts to close down the agreement with you, and withdraw it from IMG and their amateur sales department.

The original request, modified for the use of CR, is represented below:

Today, during my exploration endeavours in Omicron Kappa I confronted a Nomad military convoy consisting of a full-blown Nomad battleship, a Nomad gunboat, and a Nomad fighter wing. Needless to say I fear the Nomads are on the move, and the normal vessels available to our use, like the Pirate Transport provide highly inadequate defensive technology. This turn of events makes me - suffice to say - highly uneasy concerning deep space exploration and wreck mapping, our main income outside civilized Sirius space.

Hereby, I would like to place an order for one (1) Spatial Space Exploration Vessel, deliverable to mutual neutral grounds at Leeds, Dublin, for the standard IMG tariff of $4.180.000. I understand you have a disagreement with the BAF, and if the vessel is impossible to be obtained from Leeds through normal means, I can naturally retrieve the vessel from another location of your choosing, unless you are willing to smuggle it to Leeds.

I am aware that regardless of our neutral stance, IMG has - due to those of lesser morals among the Junkers - some fears about the use of IMG equipment. Namely, using IMG vessels counter to the aims and ideals of IMG. Let me assure you, the Spatial is only used for deep space exploration, and occasional escort duties. Logic dictates, there are vessels that of which cargo holds far exceed the usability of the Spatial among these questionable and condemnable endeavours.

I fully admit to occasionally having targeted Trader ID'd personnel under extreme situations, but must question the choice of those said traders to carry contraband, which harms pretty much anyone else but the said trader.

Our suspicions of each other are sometimes unfounded, but sometimes completely warranted. There is a small matter of me accidentally entering Tau-44 space - in a pirate transport and at that time unknowing it happens to be CR-owned space. Needless to say, CR destroying the unwanted vessel before I had time to answer their system transmissions caused me to face great financial losses and much grief. Therefore and having learned of this small episode, and to justify the purchase of the Spatial, I would like to negotiate further agreement and an offer of hospitability towards CR:

1.1 PROPOSAL OF CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP
I, arris, am prepared to sponsor CR business interests to the sum of $20.000.000, payable to the accountant of your choice.
1.2 PROPOSAL OF NON-HOSTILITY
The sponsorship contract includes arris not attempting to stop CR vessels, scan their cargo or make financial or material demands to them, with the sole exception of warranted suspicion CR vessel in question has kidnapped or enslaved Junkers, who by definition and ethics are family of mine, and I am family of theirs in spite of background.
1.3 PROPOSAL OF WITHDRAWAL AND HOSPITALITY
The sponsorship includes:
a) arris, vehicles in his convoy and the future group of [Ju-17] not entering Tau-44 space, using an IMG vessel or otherwise, unless invited to do so, and
b) arris, vehicles in his convoy and the future group of [Ju-17] not rendering aid to those engaging CR vessels, and in case of CR vessel destruction, attempting to pick up CR pilots and deliver them to the safety of nearest neutral IMG facility.

As this is a sponsorship contract between a corporate and private entities, in return:

2.1 PROPOSAL OF CR NON-HOSTILITY
CR will not attempt to stop vessels flown by arris, in his convoy or belonging to the future group of [Ju-17], scan their cargo, or make financial or material demands from them, with the sole exception of warranted suspicion of the vessel in question having kidnapped or enslaved CR personnel, as these are corporate assets and violate the sponsorship agreement.
2.2 PROPOSAL OF CR WITHDRAWAL AND HOSPITALITY
The sponsorship includes:
a) CR not rendering aid to those engaging vessels flown by arris, vessels in his convoy or belonging to the future group [Ju-17], and in case of vessel destruction, attempting to pick up said pilots and deliver them to the safety of nearest neutral, or Junker operated facility.

3.1 PROPOSAL OF CONTRACT SANCTIONS
a) Unjustified halting of vessels, cargo scanning including scanning under warranted suspicion, but proven unjustified during scan, and hostility is a contract violation finable up to damage to existing material in addition to $5.000.000, based on the judgement of the violated party.
b) Unjustified destruction of a vessel is a contract violation finable up to damage to existing material in addition to $10.000.000 in addition to the right to terminate contract without diplomatic consequences, based on the judgement of the violated party.

As you can see, this agreement would be most profitable to you. In addition to being a step in maximizing trade safety it includes mutual immunity, cease of all hostilities, and extending a helping hand to our shipwrecked pilots - perhaps more in the future. I also have confidence, this mutual show of respect and trust would eliminate some of our fears and increase our reputation towards eachother. If the contract is to both parties' satisfaction and our future relations evolve to a prosperous direction, I can well see us considering some more elaborate co-operation.

I am interested in all profitable business ventures, and hope you consider this the beginning of a possible beginning to a prosperous relationship and newfound friendship between me, my affiliates and the CR. I hope diplomatic channels are opened as soon as possible, as the fear of a full-scale Nomad invasion prevents me from continuing my deep space ventures leading to a substantial loss of profit at up to $400.000 per minute.
