Strange... The captain of the Victorious made his report at 7:00 SMT, and your timestamp clearly says... 10:13 SMT. Three hours and thirteen after the report, given the extra tme to actually make the report, I would guess up to four hours later. You mean you paid the LPI after the evidence was sold?
