I have a few comments, and actually a couple questions:

Kusari Explorer : No, for obvious reasons.

Zoners : Likely do-able, in RP, the question I have is in 4.85 will it still be useless?

Outcasts : Likely will end up being the most sensible option, but we may have to buy it from ROS or 101st or SOB or something. A special arrangement.

Hessians : We work for RM, so I'd say no for now, but with war coming between Liberty and Rheinland that will become strained, since we are more connected with the BAF/Liberty area.

Blood Dragons : This would be very interesting.
