Faction Tags

Okay, I know I'm bringing up an "obsolete" topic, but...

I would like some Admin-Intervention with my tag creation, if at all possible. I've been working with Zukeenee, my freelancing character, to get a more "neutral" tag. Something lime Zoners, basically.

So, I've been killing everyone that I'm full-green with-- which includes about three quarters of the Freelancer universe-- in order to lose my current tag and to acquire a Zoner tag. However, as it is known, making one group hate you can make another group love you. I have to kill many ships of each group to get them down to at least minimum green (to make sure they can't pop back up), which only makes their enemies like me more, putting another three or four groups in the green for killing ships of that other group. Then, because they become full green, I get their tag. It's literally an endless cycle, and I've already killed too many people to get back to neutrality.

So what I'm asking is this: Can My character, Zukeenee, be given the "Neutral" tag? My guess is that one must exist, as the bases in Connecticut now are "Neutral", so there must be a "Neutral" faction that exists. If it's possible/allowed, it would be something that I would greatly appreciate. I would pay the required amount as stated in this topic, even. I don't want to be tagged as "Daumann" or "Naval Forces" or "Gateway" anymore. I just want to be Neutral. That's pretty much what a freelancer is.
