While I like the idea, I'm a little concerned that MI5 will be stepping on BAF and especially BPA toes, and the MI6 the Privateers. But I'm sure something could be worked out. Making it so that you have to 'promote' your BAF man to start with could eliminate a lot of the problems, since everyone would know each other and how they worked.
