Comm ID: Cambridge Research Institute (SF act as enforcement but did not issue the call for the transportation ban)

The Faction License for Erisian Liberation Front will have to be taken under advisement due to the previous incident involving Cambridge and the faction's assistance of the Phantoms. (Ie. to be decided upon your actions in the near future).

For the Free State of Fernando Poo, the cost is $2 mil / individual licenses and the paper work is being drawn up. The NCUs will be transferred upon receipt of cash outside Cambridge Research Station.
