You destroyed me without any engagement notice, you could have destroyed my shields, but no, you had to blow me up even after I said stop in both RP and OOC as I was going to comply entierely.

1. We told you in-RP that if you don't comply, you die. Not a direct quote, of course, but still.
2. I hit your shields first with an SN and shot you with my sammies a few times. Again, you failed to follow our orders.
3. We don't listen to trader's orders unless they do what we want first. We're pirates.
4. OOC will get you nowhere with factions.
