Really big problem...

Guys, I have a really big problem...

I just had computer crash and I had to fresh reinstall whole system...

But the worst thing is, I didn't created backup of my Account ID...

Is there ANY chance to recover it? Or retrieve with Admin's help?
I can provide all information about my account, what ships I had and equipment... ALL DETAILS.

If its there any chance, please help me!
I don't want to end my adventure with Freelancer again because of critical system failure...
