Issue Creating account on discovery server

I had this problem also but I am the other case (opposite of Manual)

Question: Are you running vista?

Answer: Yes

Question:Are you running FL with "Run as adminstator" ticked (do this for both Freelancer.exe and DSUpdate.exe)?

Ansewer: Yes

Question: Did you change any mod options when you installed the mod - in particular the default starting location?

Answer: Origianlly just the uniform only; but when it did not work, I re-installed both Freelancer and mod without changing anything and it still did not work
