A few (or many?) have perhaps been a little confused about my initial post.
It is very important for me to tell you all, that I personally don't take offence to any in-roleplay insults that are carried through the Sirius systems. I can even tolerate slurs to a certain level.
But, what the point I was trying to make on my first post was that: If we focus too much on just being plain insultive regardless if in character, it might lead to negative consequences such as a developing personal dispute. This ultimately undermines roleplay and creates a bad atmosphere. And even when two sides have officially started a war, there must be left room for conversations other than just spouting every witty insult you can think off. There should exist some more deeper connections, it will in my opinion make the war more interesting, more creative and serve a higher purpose than it already is.
