Fellow Congressmen;

You will pardon my recent silence on this hub. Rest assured that while I have said little, I have heard and seen everything. A few topics of discussion for your consideration:

- A communique for all Junkers, in regards to Puerto Rico:
You're doing well. Keep it up and let them know that this is not a free-for-all. I'll personally lend a hand once I'm caught up on administrative details. So much has come to a head that it's difficult to keep up.

- Kansas:
Passage into this system is at your own risk. Those of you that have proceeded further than this, stay alive and be ready for a parasite scan and full debriefing once you return.

- Orkney, and what lies beyond:
I strongly advise against proceeding through until a full report on the situation can be shared. We don't know enough to simply march in there; you could spark an irreversible incident. Rumors of an indigenous Junker population should make all of you cautious rather than excited; remember that any who have been living there all along are far removed from the Junkers we know. There may be individuals among us who have known and been travelling back and forth, but we don't know enough as the vast majority who knew nothing. We will also seek out those who kept the ties, and demand to know why we were told nothing.
