ADMIN NOTICE: Player Sanctioned

I was just now sanctioned for OORP fighting. However I would like to dispute this.

I did say that I was enemies with the LPI and Capitalist Pigs, and what happened is this. I docked on Rochester. I then flew to Mahattan where I engaged LPI. I was then attacked and destroyed by LPI, I then flew to Pittsburg to leave my fighter there because I was supposed to not be in the system for 4 hours I logged off.

I feel that removing my newly aquired ship's equipment which took me hours to compile and removing 40 million off my trader was not necessary. I discussed with Toronto about the attack and he said in the future to be more clear in my intentions.

I was attacked twice and btw I was trying to FLEE Liberty from Pittsburg and later destroyed by LPI while escaping and was sent back to Pittsburg I could not leave. I was hunted down I had no choice but to respawn back there and worried about violating a rule I logged off that char leaving it there so I would not violate the 4 hour rule.

I was flying with a Freelancer ID, this does allow for the hunting of Lawfuls. The ship was a fighter, the guns were a mix of rheinland and BW guns. A collection many freelancers might use. I was within my RP.

Also Pittsburgh is a DSE base not a LPI,LSF, or LN base.

And when I UNDOCKED from Pittsburgh I attempted to flee I was attacked by a 22nd and a LPI and killed. I stayed dead for some time. I came back and tried to leave again and then was hunted down by like 7 LPI and then ganked by them. I then remained dead.

BOTH times after I was docked on Pittsburgh I did not engage LPI or any other Lawful forces. I was ENGAGED by them.
