So you did exactly as I said in the sanction report? You announced to the system, but not to directly before engagement. Rochester is a fine docking point, why did you dock on a Libertonian planet after killing Libertonians?
Rule 6.6 states that attacking without role-play basis is considered PvP abuse.
Rule 5.12 state "Sanctions for violating PvP rules include a credit/equipment fine (no less than 50 million credits), placing character inside the prison system, banning up to 7 days." No less than 50 million credits. You did more than just break that one rule. Together your equipment and credits on your fighter did not come out to even 10 million credits.
Then you should report them to hindering your attempt to leave the system. Most will let you leave with a simple "// On my way out" message.
You were not sanctioned for equipment violation. That rule is quoted for docking on a Liberty planet. However, using a Freelancer ID to blankly shoot down lawfuls without a contract is ID abuse, now that you mention your ID. Should I add that to the list?
I am aware. DSE is a Libertonian company that would work in compliance with the Liberty police.

As I said before, report them for hindering after telling them you are on your way out of the system. /l for local chat and //On my way out for a total of "/l // On my out." should get them off your back.

You say I attacked without RP purpose, this is wrong considering I announced clearly that I disliked and hated "Liberty Navies and the Capitalist pigs they are". I did not just blankly go up and shoot them. I was confronted about not announcing clearly, and I apologized and said I would make it clear next time. And after I died and respawned I wanted to avoid this very type of thing by docking on the closest planet and logging off so that I would not be penalized for being in the same system after 4 hours. I did not know these people, or if they would let me go after I killed one of them and they killed me. I assumed that it was the right thing to do. Just to get docked and log off for a couple of hours so that it would be okay for me to leave. And furthermore, many people dock on planets and since there are thousands if not tens of thousands of ships in the air and with traffic so heavy in industrial areas and with the event just taking place Pittsburgh would probably not receive word of who I was and if I was wanted till I was long gone. (Just to make the RP make sense)

I simply tried to avoid BREAKING rules by just docking and staying out of it. I am sorry if I did not make myself clear enough over general chat, thats what I had been seeing people doing so I did so too. Again, I talked to the LPI Officer (I believe in charge) about it and he said just make sure your clear enough next time. So if players can work things out about that doesnt that mean that issue is solved? Sorry if I am assuming too much here. I am relatively new.
