CMs can be made effective on caps... but them capital ship missiles loose all efficiency against them... I guess we could make a special osiris CM... sold only on order bases with a very descirpt "for order osiris only"... that is effective like hell...

CD's are a NONO

What i was thinking of would be 100 speed for light BS's and 90 for med and 80 for heavy... to get a bit of a speed advantage...
