no way - speed should be the same for all - 100 speed compared to 80? - thats 25% more... AND the light battleships already have a huge advantage from being able to dodge fire at range.

when a light battleship is cought at point blank range and cannot get away - bad luck. - cause - if a light battleship starts the battle afar, it certainly makes up for its fewer hitpoints and gunpower.

so - the speed for all should stay at 90 .... the problem with another CM is that it negates the really only effective weapon vs. a kiting ( running ) battleship - and thats the missiles. - for - at least as long as the CMs have ammunition.
