For trading if you already have a ship with decent cargo hold i'd suggest grouping
with other traders, learn their trade routes. Those are usually the better paying ones.
Alternatively you could join a trading faction, there are a dozen to choose from and
they will teach you a great deal on making a profit while staying in roleplay.
