It is absolutely ridiculous to get a Zoner Guard IFF. There are no Zoner missions, and the only method of doing so involves shooting Zoner allies, probability based bribing, balancing a pie on your head, aborting missions, running from place to place, screwing up your entire reputation sheet and basing the entire thing on sheer luck.
(Yes, there are people who have the Zoner Guard IFF, for instance Yoda. However, he has over 3000 flight hours and some of us just prefer flying.)
It took me about four hours, and another two to balance the rest of the sheet. A quick search in the help forum will give a couple of guides. If the double/triple bribes are gone as I seem to remember someone said, it's a lot more. The worst part is you need to do it when there's almost no people on the server since you need a steady supply of NPCs, so now I guess it's a lot harder (especially with the Order missions being randomly suicidal).
That being said, rep lowering tool would be nice.
