By chance I was also in Newcastle but not in the reported sector: in the SE corner Chester JH and where a Nomad weapons platform and 3 wrecks can be found.

Might have been something else but while I tried 1st to discover then to escape the system the server crashed 3 times.

Again, I did not see anything special happening around me (NPC spawning or whatever) so it could have been something entirely different.
