Konnichiwa, Kuroda-San. I am rather questionable as to your statement that these drug addicted mutants are still members of the human race. Certainly their "demonstrations" of superiority in Kusari have shown them to have serious mental deficits. I, for one, take some offense to being labeled the same species as these god forsaken mutants. They are outcasts; from both the human gene pool and Kusari. Let us see if we can ensure that it is the mortal plain that they are outcast from as well; we seem to be off to a good start.
