I moved the characters I had there out last night, and I did not see any problems flying from Chester to Belfast (?) and along the lanes. But I also did not encounter any Outcast npcs, which seems to keep getting mentioned.

If it's the latter, is there perhaps something wrong with the loadouts or names or something with the OC npcs there?
