I know that I'm not out of range...
I just tried to tractor in some goods and i sat there for at least a minute and nothing happened. This is really odd...
I also have atleast 3k cargo space left. The funny thing is that my tractor beam works on other chars.

Any new suggestions? If it matters, I'm flying a Border World Transport with a zoner ID and IFF.

Edit: And changing my ID does not help...
