Screwy Tractor Beam?

Do you have a lot of various types of items? The one time that happened to someone, and it was resolved by lowering the number of things he was carrying (he had a bunch of regular cargo and many, many guns, too).

What goods are you trying to tractor? The only thing I can think of is anti-cheat related.

Oh, this happened to mesometimes. I tractor something on the move, the beam shows, but it suddenly goes out of range...

But I just sit there and nothing happens with the tractor beam. It just stays deployed. Even with the goods sitting 200 distance away.



Edit: It also has the tendancy to go on and off. I can get it to work sometimes, but it usually defaults to not working after a while.
