Peace Protestor Faction

Hi all,

so I have a bunch of creds sitting unused, and I figure it might best go towards enhancing the RP depth of the server by going towards a new faction. Already have a battleship, so I'm not really saving towards anything (other than cap 8 armor, which is pretty much a waste anyways in my opinion).
All in all, I can guarantee 300 million towards either one of these ideas, or something similar.

Note that both of them are freelancer factions and do not really fall in with the existing server factions.

1 (and the one I'm more excited about):
A peace-protester faction. This faction would not be specific to any of the Houses; its membership would consist of concerned citizens from any and every corner of Sirius who oppose war, whether between Rheinland and Liberty, Kusari and Bretonia, Hispania and everyone, the SCRA and everyone, and so forth. Essentially a bunch of peacenik hippies.
We would gather at pre-determined times in various capital systems and speak out against military aggression of any sort, and rail against the social and political policies of the governments of whatever House we happen to be in.
We would avoid the use of capital ships at all, since this would be highly unnecessary for the purposes of a group of peace activists. We would primarily use light ships like the Arrow and perhaps freighters (to carry activists to the protests) and so forth, so obviously we would avoid PvP confrontations at almost any cost.
Further activities would be to follow and interfere with the work of military and police vessels, especially capital ships. No, we would not ram the ships, nor send any OORP messages.
In general, anything to undermine the local war effort short from straight-out attacking the police and military. This would include activities such as disrupting tradelanes being used to by police, military, and their suppliers and transmitting anti-war messages on open comms. No, we would not pirate players, since we wouldn't have the equipment and it would be contrary to our nonviolent message.
Now, you say, this would be highly annoying to military and police players. That's kind of the point; real-life peace activists do the same sort of thing. We would push the limits of the patience of those players, and if they open fire on us, we would record the incident, publicize it, and in general try to create a scandal and shame the for government trying to kill innocent civilians and quash free expression (just like real-life protestors). If possible, we would try to have a small group RP laywers, just to be a further thorn in the side of warmongering House governments. Of course, we would enact internal policies to avoid spamming system and local chat.
Now, membership in such a faction would require a strong and up-to-date knowledge of the politics of Sirius, as well as the laws of each government we will be dealing with. It would also require strong RP skills, since PvP will be almost nonexistent for this faction.

Anyways, that's a rough sketch of the first idea; the second will be posted tomorrow.
I know there's not a lot of information here; this is just to test the waters.
