From my perspective, people have claimed that there are "shields" that activate and deactivate on a player base. Known as a whitish-cloud atmosphere, I don't specifically know what the actual name of the fx is called, but that's just from what I know.
Example: When someone fires at a player base ergo giant white holographic bubble. Or...
