Orders from High Command were recieved today and I hereby inform all of you that the Mercenary Ban is now ineffective until further notice.

However the currently accepted Mercenaries will be the ones that we will trust the most, your loyalty had not been in vain.

Any Mercenary now can travel our 'waters' but we will keep a list of those who show hostile intent against us
