Actually there's not anything they CAN do

No piracy, no escorting, no bounties, ... they can shoot stuff that's hostile to them and arr-pee with the rest that's about it

As a Hogosha player you can do a lot when you want to. Smuggling for example, escorting Traders for a little fee, only in Bretonia, and maybe in Gallia?, the Hogosha are not really welcome. I`ve seen a few Hogs in New Berlin in Trading ships. Also pewing a lot of peeps. Piracy in independant systems. As i said. When you want to, you can do alot with the Hogosha ID. Also what Daedric said.
