Write in the Nomad ID: may not leave Iota, 99, 90 without the company of a keeper.
Got a screenie of the guy shooting his gun in another system and no Keeper in that system?
Chardelete.
Treewyrm Wrote:There is also a matter of responsibility. Factions are responsible for members in many ways (factions who break rules constantly may get whooped by banhammer), but who would be responsible for players who are not members of the faction but "approved" by said faction? Wouldn't that make the faction responsible for said players too (considering they have "approved" them in the first place) and in what capacity? Tricky and sensitive matter, but quite important, cause it affects many things. Right now no one needs any "approval" to make a trial character, it's free for everyone, as such responsibility is solely on the player controlling the trial character, not us.
Approval of a Nomad is automatic once requested in the forums, and the guy isnt blacklisted by keepers.
Who is responsible for the morphs now?
Every time I see a poor guy talking ***blisters*** in peoples ears on his morph char in order to get noticed by Keepers, I wonder 'who is responsible for this'?
Everyone is responsible for themselves.
