Derkylos, that is only in extreme(esque) circumstances. I am talking about the most basic of terms of a character. In the case of an invasion, Kusari does the same thing, aside from the GC. On an everyday basis, there is no other place that has such complex relationships.

On any normal day, the RM NPCs are hostile to LWB, Bundschuh, Hessian, and Unioner NPCs. On any normal day, BPA NPCs are hostile to Corsair, Molly, and Gaian NPCs. On any normal day, the LN NPCs are hostile to Outcast, Xeno, Hacker, and Rogue NPCs. On any normal day, Corsair NPCs are hostile to Hessian, Outcast, and Molly NPCs.

On any normal day, KSP NPCs are not hostile to FA or Hogosha NPCs until they catch them pirating. That is the difference. The face has to be kept by the players as to not constitute an arrest, and a semblance of friendliness has to be kept by the lawfuls as to not antagonize their backdoor allies.

In Kusari, it's a different atmosphere. It's corrupt, and openly so. No other place in Sirius is like that.
