These IMG are only asking for trouble, they do not have the facilities to safely contain or dispose of nomads, and we will not allow their careless 'research' to endanger more human lives."

"Any IMG vessels - and any other vessels regardless of affiliation - found to be carrying nomads, nomad brains, nomad remains, or converted nomad weaponry will be asked to jettison their cargo, at which point it will be vaporized in space via weapons fire. If the vessel or vessels in question refuse to drop this cargo, they will be destroyed on sight."
