im not concerned with weapons, our faction members dont fight except in self defense anyways... but still, the idea was that 1/3rd of the faction would be pure-humans, 1/3rd would be nomad 'infected' humans (flying human ships but sharing bodies with a nomad), and the last third would be 'ascended' humans, who have given up their bodies to become part of the mind share and pilot nomad craft (the nomad morph fighter).

Now, that last 3rd of my faction cant ally with the first 3rd, and the second 3rd cant actually exist because there isnt an ID to support them.
