There is a trouble whit the intelligence factions, if you fly a faction especial ship whit a tag, what kind of intelligence you may gater, you will be worst spy than James Bond, is justificable for some special task force in war times, like deep behind enemy lines atack, but ther rest should fly civilian ships and some netral IDs.
Im roleplaying an intelligence agent for some faction and i just behabe like an indy flying hostile territory im also helped my enemies to gain his trust, and i gather very useful info like ships pos and some plans.
