To be honest, neither should be allied. The KNF should probably ignore any Corsairs as they're attacking Leeds, and the BAF and Outcasts should probably ignore one another as they hit Kusari, but nothing more.

This is weird because while I had a BAF bomber character (indie) I was ordered by QCO officer not to attack an Outcast destroyer orbiting planet New London.
Don't ask me for details, as I can't really remember who was involved, I just remember it as a weird occasion.
I also remember BAF and Outcasts exchanging tech (QCP having Infernos, cute).

All done secretly, but still.. Why wouldn't KNF, trough Hogosha, cooperate with Corsair elders?
Sure, regular Corsair criminals should be shot in Kusari, but general cooperation can still exist.
It existed between Outcasts and BAF trough whole 4.84, we all know that.
