Certainly not government employed mercenaries (hence why the Blackwater reference doesn't apply). You operate in conjuction with the Gaians - fine, but that still doesn't explain how attacking Bretonia accomplishes any of the AFA's goals. In response to your post Zelot, Samura does not have any financial interests in Bretonia. At least not yet. Interdiction of Bretonian supply lines does exactly nil to further your political agenda in Kusari.
Come to think of it, why are Gaians openly helping Kusari when the Green Front is a party in the Bretonian parliament, lobbying for change there? Wouldn't that, you know, hurt their cause a bit...?
