Is possible and i like the idea in theory. Although am i correct in thinking that a repair laser only works when shield is down? The only way i would like this idea is:

If it had a ship restriction to repair ship. (Makes the thing useful)
Had either uber energy drain or used ammo.

Or else someone could just keep firing at a friendly with it and keep thier hull full. Not good. However this proposal is now theoretical as Igiss says no... *Note to self read threads before posting*
