Kusari would install a puppet government similar to that in Manchuko (Manchuria). In the meantime, the underground of loyalists would be doing everything they could to make life miserable both in and behind the lines.

Presuming that Liberty and Rheinland were still at war, I would see some peace treaty negotiations starting QUITE quickly, because of the sheer amount of resources that would be represented by Kusari - there would be fears of an attempted Sirius wide domination by Kusari. So I could see some thrilling diplomatic negotiations about then.

In the meantime, the Mollies would REALLY be pushing for independence, and quite probably working WITH the remnants of the BAF and BPA that refused to surrender to keep operating in Dublin. Also Gallia is the monkey wrench in the works.

You'd have the Outcasts and the GC putting intense pressure on behind the lines in Kusari space, and I could also see the BHG becoming 'concerned' because the house that doesn't allow them to operate has just cut off 1/3 of their basic income. And of course, you've also got one of the BHG stations in what would be annexed space.

Eventually what would happen is that I see a three pronged attack - the BHG and Zoners working together from Omega 3, the BAF and MR working together from Dublin, and the Gallia factions coming in the back door, causing an overthrow of the puppet government and the downfall of the Kusari political structure.
