I apologise for the problems that have occured to you, and rest assured that I will make sure that nothing like this ever happens again.

You're transport was incorrectly attacked, and I will personally make sure all of our pilots realise this. The pilot in question was new to the job, and wasn't sure what he was doing, please forgive his ignorance in this instance.

I again personally apologise, and am glad that the people on Java station realised the error of the pilot's way's.
