1:I land on the shrine,i buy the nomads light fighter,how can i equip them?

with civilian guns and tech only ( I recommend you buy them before you buy the LF as youre not allowed to purchase any after that.)

2:Do i am still hostile to the nomads NPC?

3:What i have to do for be a fully nomads character?

Join the Keepers, if they like how much effort you're putting into it they might let you in.
