Serious FLHook Mining Problem

Cannon, I've noticed a severe lack of the 80% yield bonus I should be getting for mining with a mining ship...

I typically get a range of 1 to 22 Helium in a rock.
an 11.5 average.
I should be getting 1.8 (2, rounded) to 39.6 (40, rounded)
20.7 (21, rounded) average with the mining ship.

also Helium mining is unlisted in Dusty Lens' mining guide for factionalized efficiency,
so I should be getting 15% additional increase for using a No IFF + Generic Miner ID.

(I no longer use mining lasers as they made me defenseless, so scratch their 20% bonus, at least for me)

so really I should get a 95% bonus...

1.95 (2, rounded) to 42.9 (43, rounded) range on helium,
22.425 average (22, rounded).

The lack of a functioning yield bonus is really dampening my productivity...
And I paid a premium to move from a Train (3k cargo) to the Mining ship, (2750 cargo)
costing me half the amount of the train (train re-sale was convenient)
hoping the Yield bonus I read about in Dusty Lens' Mining guide worked...

I've just idly accepted the fact that I never noticed a gain in drop rates, until now...
but in all seriousness, this needs to be fixed up, (whatever is wrong with it).
